Fair questions about this comparison
Doesn't experience matter?
Yes — and we take it seriously. Our team follows the same network rulebooks: Visa's Dispute Management Guide, Mastercard's Chargeback Guide, and processor-specific requirements. Experience is about knowing the rules and applying them consistently, not about company age.
What about win rates?
Neither company publishes audited win rate data. We don't either — and we're sceptical of any company that does without qualification. Win rates depend heavily on dispute type, merchant category, and quality of evidence. We focus on doing the work correctly.
What about the FTC lawsuit?
In 2019, the FTC filed a complaint alleging deceptive practices. The case settled in 2023. We mention it not to pile on, but because merchants doing due diligence ask about it. We operate differently: we fight invalid chargebacks, not valid ones.
What if my volume grows?
Our pricing scales linearly: 100 cases/month = $1,000. There's no volume discount tier yet, but there's also no penalty for growth. Contact us if you're above 50 cases/month and we'll discuss options.
